The Customer Service 4-day/20-hour class provides the foundation for quality customer service and focuses on building life-long customer relationships by developing effective customer-care strategies.
The Customer Service training provides guidelines for emerging technologies such as Internet Chat. Additionally, this module uses various hands-on and interactive scenarios to develop the foundation customer care skills needed to provide excellence in service.
Computers in the Workplace
Interacting with computer technologies in today’s workplace is unavoidable. Get the skills employers are seeking with this 4-day/20-hour class that covers computer technology from the basics, up to using the most-used applications, such as Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. This class also includes “CyberSafe”, that teaches you how to stay safe on the internet, and how to keep your employer safe as you use their equipment – a definite bonus for employers looking to hire savvy users! This class requires no prior computer experience.
